According to the program of the First Session approved by the National Assembly, this morning (April 9), the National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall.
The National Assembly will hear the Government's Submission and the Appraisal Report of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee on 04 draft Laws including the Law on Civil Status Registration (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Notarization; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Legal Aid; Law on Access to Information (amended).
In the morning of the same day, the National Assembly discussed in groups the above-mentioned draft laws.
In the afternoon, the National Assembly continued to hold a plenary session at the Hall to listen to the Government's Report on supplementary assessment of the results of the socio-economic development plan and state budget in 2025; the situation of socio-economic development plan and state budget implementation in the first months of 2026.
At the same time, listen to the Government's Submission on the 5-year socio-economic development plan for 2026-2030; the Appraisal Reports of the National Assembly's Economic and Finance Committee on: Supplementary assessment of the results of the socio-economic development plan and state budget in 2025; the situation of socio-economic development plan and state budget in the first months of 2026; Socio-economic development plan for 5 years 2026-2030.
On the same day, the National Assembly will hear the Government's Submissions and the Appraisal Reports of the Economic and Finance Committee on: Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the period 2026-2030; National Financial Plan, 5-year public debt borrowing and repayment plan for the period 2026-2030.
The National Assembly also listened to the Government's report on the proposal to the National Assembly to approve the finalization of the state budget for 2024; the State Audit's report on the audit of the finalization of the state budget for 2024 and the Appraisal Report of the National Assembly's Economic and Finance Committee on the finalization of the state budget for 2024.
At the end of the day, the National Assembly discussed in groups on supplementary assessment of the results of the socio-economic development plan and state budget in 2025; the situation of socio-economic development plan and state budget implementation in the first months of 2026.
In the group, the National Assembly also discussed the 5-year socio-economic development plan for 2026-2030; medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026-2030; 5-year national financial plan for the period 2026-2030; public debt borrowing and repayment plan for the period 2026-2030; approval of state budget finalization in 2024; thrift practice and anti-wastefulness in 2025; the situation of implementing national goals on gender equality in 2025.
