The congratulatory message from the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party to the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam reads: “Over the past 95 years, the Communist Party of Vietnam, founded by President Ho Chi Minh, has led the Vietnamese revolution and the Vietnamese people with correct, wise, talented, creative and resolute guidelines, leading the Vietnamese revolution and the Vietnamese people to glorious victories in the struggle for national salvation, against colonialism and imperialism for freedom and national independence, as well as achieving great and comprehensive victories in the revolution to liberate the South and unify the country in 1975.
