In the first 6 months of this year alone, the Central Propaganda Department has developed 15 projects, preliminary and final summaries of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions; advising the Politburo and the Secretariat to promulgate 10 new documents, typically Regulation No. 144 of the Politburo "On revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period", approved by cadres , party members and people from all walks of life welcomed and acknowledged.
