Adjust a part of the natural area of 0.05 km2 of Phuong Chieu commune to merge into Lien Phuong commune. After adjustment, Lien Phuong commune has a natural area of 5.56 km2 and a population of 9,832 people.
Establish Phuong Nam commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area of 2.49 km2, population of 6,286 people of Phuong Chieu commune after adjustment according to regulations and the entire natural area of 3.67 km2, population of 4,941 people of Hong Nam commune.

Merge the entire natural area of 6.25 km2, population of 6,235 people of Ngo Quyen commune and the entire natural area of 5.25 km2, population of 8,733 people of Di Che commune into Vuong town.
After the arrangement, Tien Lu district has 11 commune-level administrative units, including 10 communes and 1 town.
Arrange the commune-level administrative units of An Thi district as follows:
Merge the entire natural area of 6.05 km2 and population of 5,499 people of Van Nhue commune into Da Loc commune.
Merge the entire natural area of 4.71 km2 and population of 5,340 people of Tan Phuc commune into Quang Vinh commune.
Merge the entire natural area of 4.53 km2 and population of 5,646 people of Hong Van commune into Hong Quang commune.
After the arrangement, An Thi district has 18 commune-level administrative units, including 17 communes and 1 town.
Arrange the commune-level administrative units of Khoai Chau district as follows:
Merge the entire natural area of 5.65 km2 and population of 12,283 people of Hong Tien commune into Dong Tien commune.
Establish Chi Minh commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area of 3.70 km2, population of 8,182 people of Dai Hung commune and the entire natural area of 4.07 km2, population of 6,035 people of Chi Tan commune.
Establish Nguyen Hue commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area of 3.64 km2, population of 5,324 people of Nhue Duong commune and the entire natural area of 4.32 km2, population of 7,211 people of Thanh Cong commune.
Establish Pham Hong Thai commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area of 4.64 km2, population of 7,567 people of Ham Tu commune and the entire natural area of 3.73 km2, population of 6,412 people of Da Trach commune.
Merge the entire natural area of 4.16 km2 and population of 7,576 people of Binh Kieu commune into Khoai Chau town.
After the arrangement, Khoai Chau district has 20 commune-level administrative units, including 19 communes and 1 town.
The resolution also outlines the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Yen My, Phu Cu and Kim Dong districts.
After the arrangement, Hung Yen province has 10 district-level administrative units and 139 commune-level administrative units.
This Resolution comes into force from December 1, 2024.
