Ca Mau - On the afternoon of October 29, the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to summarize the 1st Provincial Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.

This form shows the strong shift of the Provincial Party Committee in applying science - technology, innovation and digital transformation, concretizing the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on "breakthrough in developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation".

The "digitalization of the Congress" not only contributes to saving costs and time but also creates a modern, transparent and effective working environment, towards a smart operating model in the entire political system.

The organization of the congress is strictly regulated, ensuring thoughtfulness, thrift, safety, efficiency, no ostentation or formality. The Congress implements 2 contents in the spirit of Directive 45 of the Politburo; is conducted according to the program, meets the set requirements and purposes and ensures the expected time. The working atmosphere at the congress was solemn and democratic; delegates attending the congress were fully attended, working with a serious attitude, strictly following the congress's rules and regulations, not using alcohol during the congress; demonstrating a high sense of responsibility in discussing documents.

After the congress, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee developed the Working Regulations and the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, develop a plan to implement the Action Program of the Executive Committee, assign and assign specific tasks to localities, agencies and units to immediately implement 22 main target groups, 3 breakthroughs and 12 main solutions with a total of 54 tasks for agencies and units to advise on the development of resolutions, programs, plans, projects and plans in various fields for synchronous implementation with the highest determination.

Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai requested the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party committees at all levels, and Party organizations in the Provincial Party Committee to organize the implementation and dissemination of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress; widely propagate the resolution to cadres, Party members, and people; develop specific programs, projects, and action plans, close to the practical situation of the locality, agency, and unit, with high political determination, and soon put the resolution into practice.

The Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee called on all cadres, party members, army and people in the province to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity and creativity, upholding the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, training courage, improving intelligence, joining hands, being unanimous, striving to overcome difficulties and challenges, building an increasingly clean and strong Party Committee and political system; soon developing Ca Mau quickly, comprehensively, sustainably, worthy of its position as the southernmost province of the Fatherland, entering a new era of development with the whole country.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province commended 9 collectives and 104 individuals with outstanding achievements in directing and implementing the Congress.
