At the conference, Head of the Son La Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Nguyen Duc Thanh announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee on ending the activities of Party delegations, Party executive committees, Party Committees of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; establishing the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committees and establishing the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Announcing the decision of the Son La Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee on merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; transferring the Party Committee of the Tay Bac University from under the Provincial Party Committee to under the Party Committees of the Party agencies of Son La province.
In addition, the leaders of the Son La Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Son La Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, Comrade Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Party Secretary of the Provincial Party Committees; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, holds the position of Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Dinh Thi Bich Thao, holds the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Son La Provincial Party Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Son La Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Quoc Khanh emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee have regularly led and directed the implementation of propaganda, dissemination, and implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and Party policies, policies and laws of the State.
In the process of propagating Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee also thoroughly grasped and implemented the regulations on the organization of the apparatus, cadres, staffing, regimes, and policies; directed the organization and implementation to ensure scientificity, in accordance with the reality of Son La province. The implementation ensures the leadership principles of the Party, the effectiveness of State management, promotes the role of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the people's mastery.
Up to now, the arrangement of the apparatus in Son La province has basically ensured the Central Government's progress, which is an important basis for successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels, successfully implementing the province's set political goals and preparing all conditions to enter a new development stage.
