Specifically, add 1 Deputy Minister so that the total number of Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not exceed 7.
Increase 4 Deputy Ministers so that the total number of Deputy Ministers of Finance does not exceed 9.
Increase 4 Deputy Ministers so that the total number of Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Construction does not exceed 9.
Add 2 Deputy Ministers so that the total number of Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Home Affairs does not exceed 7.
Increase 1 Deputy Governor so that the total number of Deputy Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam is not more than 6.
The Resolution takes effect from February 6, 2025.
Currently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has 5 Deputy Ministers. According to the arrangement plan, after finishing its operation, the Central Commission for External Relations will transfer its tasks to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also takes over the main task of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee.
The Ministry of Finance currently has 4 Deputy Ministers. According to the plan, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Finance will merge, named the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Construction currently has 5 Deputy Ministers. According to the plan, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Construction will be merged, named the Ministry of Construction.
The Ministry of Home Affairs currently has 3 Deputy Ministers. According to the plan, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Home Affairs will be merged, named the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The State Bank currently has 5 Deputy Governors.
