The Politburo has just issued Regulation No. 366-QD/TW on reviewing, evaluating and classifying quality for collectives and individuals in the political system.
This regulation applies to Party committees, Party organizations, collectives of leadership, management, organization, agency, unit (abbreviated as collective) and individuals in the political system from the Central to the grassroots level.
According to regulations, the quality assessment for collectives and individuals is carried out according to a general criteria framework, including groups of criteria with results converted on a scale of 100.
In Article 11 on classifying the quality and quality of collectives and individuals after review and assessment, they are classified as having completed their tasks well as follows:
As a group, an individual with a total assessment score of 70 to under 90 points. At the same time, meet the following conditions:
For the collective: Complete 100% of assigned tasks, on time, ensuring quality and efficiency.
For individuals holding leadership, management positions and cadres under the management of the Party Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat: In addition to general criteria, localities, fields, agencies, units, and departments directly led and managed by individuals must complete 100% of assigned tasks on time, ensuring quality and efficiency.
For individuals who do not hold leadership or management positions and party members who do not work in the political system: Complete 100% of assigned tasks, on time, ensuring quality and efficiency.
The regulation also states the classification of quality and quality of collectives and individuals after review and assessment to be classified as having completed their tasks as follows:
Collectives and individuals with total assessment scores of 50 to under 70 points. At the same time, meet the following conditions.
For collectives: Complete 100% of assigned tasks; the number of tasks that have not been guaranteed for progress does not exceed 20%.
For individuals holding leadership, management positions and cadres under the management of the Party Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat: In addition to general criteria, localities, fields, agencies, units, and departments directly led and managed by individuals must complete 100% of assigned tasks; the number of tasks that have not been guaranteed for progress must not exceed 20%.
For individuals who do not hold leadership or management positions and party members who do not work in the political system: Complete 100% of assigned tasks; the number of tasks that have not been guaranteed for progress must not exceed 20%.
