On April 4, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front issued a Decision on the dismissal of Mr. Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs), a Vietnamese in Angola, from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, 2024 - 2029.

The decision is based on Articles 20 and 33, Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The content of the Decision clearly states that the Committees and units of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; relevant agencies and organizations and Mr. Pham Quang Linh shall implement this Decision.

On April 4, the Investigation Police Agency, the Ministry of Public Security announced the decision to prosecute the accused; detention order; The search order, workplace and decisions of the Supreme People's Procuracy for 5 defendants.

In which Pham Quang Linh, also known as Quang Linh Vlogs, born on December 10, 1998, member of the Board of Directors of Chi Em rot Group Joint Stock Company, currently residing in Cau Giay District, Hanoi City, was prosecuted for defrauding customers.

During the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency, Ministry of Public Security identified the defendants as having signs of committing the crime of producing counterfeit food and deceiving customers, according to the provisions of Articles 193 and 198 of the Penal Code.
