The conference was held to implement Conclusion No. 167-KL/TW dated June 13, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the policy of implementing the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units; Conclusion No. 1858-KL/TU, dated June 11, 2025 of the Party Executive Committees of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan provinces.
At the same time, based on Official Dispatch No. 2775-CV/BTCTU of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee on coordination in organizational work and personnel work.
At the conference, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the draft personnel plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the 2020 - 2025 and 2025 - 2030 terms after the merger.
The comments focused on quantity, structure, and personnel composition. At the same time, it is recommended that agencies advise on reviewing and ensuring that personnel meet standards, conditions and regulations.
On the basis of consensus, the conference voted to approve the personnel plan of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the 2020 - 2025 and 2025 - 2030 terms.
