On the afternoon of May 29, Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan Provincial Party Secretaries co-chaired a meeting of the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces to discuss and approve the personnel plan according to Conclusion No. 150-KL/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo, on guidelines for developing personnel plans for provincial Party Committees subject to consolidation, merger and newly established commune levels.
The conference was attended by Mr. Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Mr. Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee and representative of the Party Central Committee Office.
Mr. Trinh Viet Hung - Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee said that, implementing Conclusion No. 150 and guiding documents of the Central Organizing Committee, the Standing Committees of the two provinces have closely coordinated and implemented with a high sense of responsibility, urgency, ensuring time, progress, and efficiency.
The two sides regularly meet, exchange information and organize many conferences, discussions, and receive comments to best prepare for this first conference.
The provincial Party Committee's personnel plan has received many comments contributing enthusiasm, responsibility and achieved high consensus.
The Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the delegates focus their intelligence, discuss, contribute objective and responsible opinions, express clear political views and awareness so that the Provincial Party Committee Human Resources Plan after the merger can be approved to ensure the requirements according to the direction and guidance of the Central Government.
Also at the Conference, the Secretary of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee Hoang Duy Chinh said that the draft plan has received very high unity of the Standing Committee of the two provinces, showing the consistent viewpoint, the sense of responsibility of the collective for the general development goals.
