On September 3, 2025, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decisions to receive, transfer, and appoint leaders of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice.
In Decision No. 1881/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister received and appointed Mr. Vu Manh Ha - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Health.
Mr. Vu Manh Ha, born on April 12, 1979; hometown Xuan Bac commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province (old), now Ninh Binh province; professional qualification: Doctor of Medicine.
Before holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, from December 2020 to May 2023, Mr. Vu Manh Ha was a member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.
In Decision No. 1882/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Phan Chi Hieu - Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Justice.
Deputy Minister of Justice Phan Chi Hieu was born on October 6, 1969; hometown Ninh Binh province; Degree: Doctor of Law.
Mr. Phan Chi Hieu once held the position of Deputy Minister of Justice, and was later transferred and appointed as President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.
Before holding the position of Deputy Minister of Justice, Mr. Phan Chi Hieu held the following positions: Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Justice, Director of the Judicial Academy; Principal of Hanoi Law University.
The above decisions take effect from September 3, 2025.
