Appointing Mr. Le Quan to the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training

    The Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Le Quan - Director of Hanoi National University - to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

    On September 3, 2025, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decisions to receive, transfer, and appoint leaders of ministries and agencies.

    In Decision No. 1885/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Hoang Minh Son - Deputy Minister of Education and Training - to hold the position of Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University.

    In Decision No. 1887/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Vu Hai Quan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Council, Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University - to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

    In Decision No. 1889/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Le Quan - Chairman of the Council, Director of Hanoi National University to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

    The above decisions take effect from September 3, 2025.
