In Da Nang City, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 136 of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government and pilot a number of specific policies and mechanisms for the development of Da Nang.
This is an important conference to inform, propagate, thoroughly grasp and deploy the basic and core contents of Resolution No. 136 and the city's directives, plans and programs to agencies, units and localities in the area.
Thereby, contributing to raising awareness, promoting solidarity, and the participation of the entire political system to create momentum for the sustainable and comprehensive development of the city in the coming time.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le Trung Chinh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City - said that determining Resolution No. 136 as an extremely important legal basis, a driving force and foundation to promote and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, Da Nang has actively and proactively issued documents to implement synchronously, systematically and promptly, ensuring unity and achieving high results in the process of implementing the Resolution.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City added that the Conference focused on the core content of Resolution No. 136, the city's directives, resolutions, and plans on implementing Resolution No. 136.
"This is a conference that the city has prepared and organized methodically and thoroughly in direct and online formats with 75 connecting points from the city to wards and communes, with nearly 5,000 officials, leaders and managers at all levels attending" - Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City emphasized.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City hopes to continue receiving the attention, leadership, direction and support of the Central Government, all levels, sectors and localities so that the city can implement Resolution No. 136 of the National Assembly into life and achieve the highest efficiency.
