This is an especially important and key field in ensuring progress and social justice, decisive to the sustainable development of the country, with the spirit of leaving no one behind.
The Prime Minister stated that in the new school year 2024-2025, it is necessary to focus on implementing the general education program associated with innovating teaching, testing and assessment methods towards promoting students' positivity and initiative.
Regularly update and apply advanced educational methods, inherit and promote achievements of science and technology, information technology, digital technology, and develop in accordance with current educational trends in the world.
Complete the national education system in an open, fair, and equitable direction, promote a learning society, and create lifelong learning opportunities. Urgently complete the planning of a system of specialized educational facilities for people with disabilities and a system of centers to support the development of inclusive education.
The Head of Government also noted that parents are always a comprehensive support, a spiritual and material support, sharing joys and sorrows, understanding the difficulties and challenges of their children.
"Especially for students with disabilities, we must create conditions and confidence for them to overcome adversity and disadvantages, to study well, live well, and become useful citizens to society," said the Prime Minister.
