At the Conference, representatives of the Ministry of Public Security Office approved the Minutes of handover of work between Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To and Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung; Minutes of handover of work between Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To and Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc.
In the presence of the delegates, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung and Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc signed the handover minutes.
