On December 23, information from Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has just issued a Decision appointing the Vinh City Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 65 members; the Vinh City Party Committee Standing Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 19 members.
Appoint Mr. Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vinh City People's Council to hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Appointed 4 people to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term: Ms. Pham Thi Hong Toan; Mr. Nguyen Van Lu; Mr. Le Thanh Long; Mr. Tran Ngoc Tu.
The functions, tasks, powers and working relationships of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Vinh City Party Committee (new) shall comply with current regulations.
The Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Vinh City Party Committee (new) lead the development of working regulations and work programs; lead the assignment of tasks to members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and leadership and management positions according to current regulations of the Party and State.
The above Decision of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee takes effect from January 1, 2025.
