On the morning of July 2nd, General Secretary and President To Lam and a delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front attended the ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Saigon - Gia Dinh city honorably named after President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - July 2, 2026), held at the Reunification Hall.





Before the anniversary ceremony, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited the Ho Chi Minh Monument Park to pay respects, offer incense, and flowers to President Ho Chi Minh.
Attending the delegation were General Secretary and President To Lam; Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and Politburo Members, Secretariat Members, leaders, former leaders of central committees, ministries, branches, and mass organizations.
Also attending the incense offering ceremony were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, former President Nguyen Minh Triet and former Party and State leaders.
