In the atmosphere of celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring and welcoming the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, on the morning of February 16 (ie December 29 of the year At Ty), General Secretary To Lam offered incense to express his respectful remembrance and gratitude to the ancestors who contributed to the country at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Relic Site - Hanoi and offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 Relic Site (Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace).

In the warm atmosphere of Tet, General Secretary To Lam and delegates offered incense to express their respect, remembrance, and gratitude for the merits of the ancestors who contributed greatly to building and developing the country; and at the same time prayed for the ancestors to bless the nation with peace and prosperity, and the people with prosperity and happiness.

Speaking intimately with officials and staff of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Relic Site - Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam highly appreciated the officials and staff of the Relic Site for their efforts in managing, preserving, restoring and promoting the cultural heritage value of the Relic Site; emphasizing that this is a place that marks a thousand-year history, converges the sacred souls of rivers and mountains, the quintessence of national culture, a place where dynasties successively built and defended the country, protecting the magnificent country, and fostering the long-standing historical and cultural traditions of the nation.

In order to contribute to preserving the heroic historical tradition and good morality of the Vietnamese nation, the General Secretary requested that officials and staff of the Relic Site continue to restore, preserve and promote heritage, introduce it to domestic and international tourists, expressing pride in the historical values of the Vietnamese nation and of Thang Long - Hanoi.

In the solemn and emotional atmosphere at House 67 Relic, General Secretary To Lam respectfully offered incense, commemorating President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved Leader of the Vietnamese nation.
