The art program "The land of joy and delight" is part of a series of events and activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
The program is directed by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of Defense; The General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army directed the content and art; The Department of Propaganda organizes the implementation; Military Region 7 presides over the implementation.
The program was attended by comrades: General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission; former President Nguyen Minh Triet; former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung; former Standing member of the Secretariat Le Hong Anh.

The program has the participation of famous artists and singers such as: People's Artist Thanh Thuy, People's Artist Tu Long, People's Artist Thuy Linh, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, Meritorious Artist Phuong Anh, singers Tung Duong, Cam Van, the group "Call Me by Fire", along with more than 1,000 singers and artists of the art troupe of military regions, military branches, Border Guard, Army Theater, Military University of Culture and Arts, Army Ceremonial Group, mass actors, dance schools, universities in Ho Chi Minh City.

With the tunes containing profound content, the repertoire of the program "The country is full of joy" focuses on praising the love of the homeland and the country, praising the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh's beloved, depicting the beautiful image of Uncle Ho's army. The program also brings the audience the proud melodies, the melody of the country of peace and innovation, the melody brings the ambition of the entire nation, entering the era of reaching out.
The program "The land of joy" lasts 90 minutes with 19 art performances, organized into three chapters: "Aspiration for unity", "Aspiration to rise up" and "Aspiration for power".
The program is an affirmation of the strong belief and the desire to develop the country in the new period, just like the spirit of Ho Chi Minh City for the past 50 years, from hard time to become the leading economic and cultural center in the country.
