Ambassadors and Heads of Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad need to continue to spread the "soft power" of Vietnam, promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam to the world; do a good job of community work, especially uniting and gathering the Vietnamese community abroad.
Receiving the directing opinions at the working session, Minister Le Hoai Trung affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will make efforts and determination to successfully implement the Party's Foreign Policy Strategy of the 14th Party Congress, making practical contributions to the successful implementation of the country's strategic goals.
