Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Tri Vu - Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the outstanding results that the Nam Dong Ward Party Committee has achieved in the recent term. The Head of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's Organization Committee emphasized that, entering the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Party Committee needs to focus on effectively implementing a number of key tasks:
Orientation for modern and integrated urban development: Research and clearly identify the position and role of wards in the overall development planning of the city and neighboring areas; prioritize the development of modern urban areas associated with high-quality ecological agriculture; diversify economic models; expand production - consumption linkages and attract investment.
Caring for culture and society: Pay attention to developing culture and education; effectively implementing social security policies; maintaining political security, social order and safety; building a "drug-free" area.

Modern administrative and governance reform: Apply transparent and modern governance methods, towards "service government"; improve the quality of public service.
Building a strong and comprehensive Party Committee: Innovation in leadership methods in the direction of science, discipline, closeness, and efficiency; building a team of cadres with qualities and abilities, meeting new requirements.
Specificate the resolution through clear action: The new term Party Committee needs to implement the resolution according to the motto "6 clear": clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear authority.
Mr. Le Tri Vu highly appreciated the opinions presented at the Congress, especially the presentation on the model of socialism associated with building socialist people; expressed his agreement with solutions to prevent and combat social evils, building Nam Dong ward into a drug-free area, contributing to the successful implementation of the Project "Drug-free city".
