In his speech, Mr. Do Manh Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee - praised the outstanding results of the Commune Party Committee in the previous term, and at the same time suggested that the Duong An Commune Party Committee continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting spirit of the Party organization, build a team of cadres and civil servants with qualities, capacity and exemplary; strengthen inspection, supervision, anti-corruption and negativity work and promote administrative reform.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee noted that the commune needs to mobilize all resources to develop synchronous infrastructure, expand connectivity, promote green and sustainable growth associated with digital transformation; improve the quality of life, implement social security well, and sustainably reduce poverty. The commune also needs to maintain political security, social order and safety, proactively resolve issues arising at the grassroots level, and effectively implement the Project "Hai Phong - a drug-free city".
In particular, it is necessary to promote democracy, strengthen the great national unity bloc, mobilize people to participate in building the Party and government and effectively implement projects to build a socialist model with the unique identity of the locality.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee suggested that the Commune Party Committee strive to achieve key goals by 2030: digital government, digital infrastructure, digital agriculture, digital urban planning, digital education and digital healthcare. At the same time, the commune needs to do a good job of collecting and treating waste from input sources, expanding green space, creating a friendly living environment, contributing to sustainable development.
The closing session of the Congress was a great success, marking an important first step in the new term, creating a solid foundation for Duong An commune to develop comprehensively, modernly and sustainably in the coming years.
