Assign Mr. Nguyen Tien Son - Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Department of Prosecution of Settlement of Civil, Marriage and Family Cases - to hold the position of Director, assisting the Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Do Manh Bong - Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Corruption Cases, to the position of Director of the Department of Civil Prosecution of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Phung Duc Tien - Senior Prosecutor, Director of the Department of Prosecution and Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations in Judicial Activities - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Drug Cases of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan - Senior Prosecutor, Director of Lai Chau Provincial People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Procuracy for handling complaints and denunciations about justice, Supreme People's Procuracy.
