Under the leadership of the Party, promoting the strength of great solidarity, determination and will of the entire nation, combining the strength of the nation with the strength of the times, our army and people have won a great victory in the resistance war against the US, saving the country, completely liberating the South, unifying the country, bringing the country together, "fulfilling His wish".
In the process of building and defending the socialist Fatherland, especially after nearly 40 years of carrying out the national renovation, thanks to promoting the strength of the entire nation, with the joint efforts and unceasing efforts of generations of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, our country has achieved great and historic achievements.
“We can proudly report to Uncle Ho that under the leadership of the Party, our people have built our country to be “more and more dignified and beautiful” as he wished,” the National Assembly Chairman emphasized.
According to National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , implementing President Ho Chi Minh's testament, our Party pays special attention to the task of Party building and rectification, always identifying this as a regular and key task.
During the Party Congresses, the Central Executive Committee has studied and supplemented the content of Party building into the Party Platform and Statutes; and issued specialized Resolutions on Party building and rectification work.
Building the Party in terms of ethics is associated with building a culture of integrity, considering a culture of integrity as the foundation for building the awareness and ethics of cadres and party members, at the same time, building a culture of integrity to "not want" corruption and negativity .
To completely and radically eliminate corruption and negativity, building a culture of integrity with the spirit that the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong often said, "honor is the most sacred and noble thing" is the fundamental and long-term solution.
