On October 20, according to information from the Central Inspection Committee, since the beginning of the year, the Department of Localities II, the Central Inspection Committee has completed 4/4 inspections, of which 3 were when there were signs of violations. Through the inspection, the Central Inspection Committee advised and proposed to consider and discipline 46 party organizations and 111 party members;
1 inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement tasks; regularly monitor and urge units in the region to seriously implement the conclusions and directives of the Central Inspection Commission.
Party committees, party organizations and inspection committees at all levels of the Department of Area II focus on leading, directing, and organizing the comprehensive and synchronous implementation of inspection and supervision tasks, typically in some provinces such as:
The Quang Ninh Provincial Party Executive Committee has developed a plan to conduct 3 inspections (1 inspection, 2 supervisions). Up to now, it has completed 1 supervision and 1 surprise inspection to resolve party disciplinary complaints.
The Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has developed a plan to conduct 11 inspections (6 inspections, 5 supervisions); review and discipline 5 party organizations by reprimand and 15 party members by various forms.
The Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee has developed a plan to carry out 15 inspections (7 inspections, 8 supervisions). Up to now, it has completed 4/7 inspections and 8 supervisions for 21 party organizations and 29 party members; inspected the declaration of assets and income for 22 party members; considered and disciplined 2 party members by expelling them from the Party.
The Son La Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has developed a plan to conduct 8 inspections (6 inspections, 2 supervisions); supervise the declaration of assets and income of 3 party members; consider and discipline 1 party organization in the form of reprimand and 3 party members; receive, process and resolve 81 petitions, recommendations, denunciations and complaints.
The Party Committee of Vietnam National Shipping Lines has developed a plan and conducted 6 meetings (3 inspections, 3 supervisions). Up to now, 6 meetings have been completed (100% of the plan); reviewed and disciplined 1 party member. The Party Committee's Inspection Commission has developed a plan and conducted 4 meetings (2 inspections, 2 supervisions) which have been completed; received and handled 1 complaint according to its authority.
In addition to the achieved results, the inspection and supervision work still has some shortcomings and limitations such as: Some units have not completed their tasks according to the set plan; handling of party organizations and party members violating related to projects/bid packages by AIC is still slow.
In the coming months, Mr. Nghiem Phu Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels focus on seriously implementing the conclusions of the Central Inspection Commission in localities and units according to requirements, regularly reporting progress and implementation results to the Central Inspection Commission;
Focus on directing, implementing inspections and handling violations related to projects and bid packages implemented by AIC, Thuan An Group, and Phuc Son Group, completing inspections, handling and reporting to the Central Inspection Committee;
Proactively detect and promptly inspect party organizations and party members when there are signs of violations in areas prone to corruption, negativity, and prominent, pressing issues in society.
