At the Conference, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Van Trong announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nong Viet Yen - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Mu Cang Chai district to hold the position of Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Presenting the Decision, congratulating flowers and giving a speech assigning tasks, Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh affirmed that Mr. Nong Viet Yen is a cadre with political courage, good moral qualities, has been tested in many different environments, with a lot of practical experience, understanding the area and the base, which will be very favorable conditions for him to successfully complete the assigned tasks in his new position.
In his acceptance speech, the new Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism hopes to continue receiving the attention, direction and support of Yen Bai provincial leaders; the coordination of departments, branches, sectors and organizations to best fulfill the new responsibilities, new tasks and new roles.
Previously, the Standing Committee of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee assigned Mr. Giang A Cau to resign from the position of Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial Farmers' Association and transfer him to work at Mu Cang Chai District Party Committee, holding the position of District Party Committee Secretary, term 2020-2025.
The Standing Committee of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee also transferred Ms. Le Thi Thanh Binh - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and appointed her to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
