At the Conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the resolution that Mr. Nong Viet Yen would cease to hold the position of Secretary of Mu Cang Chai District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of Mu Cang Chai District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term, and transfer him to work at the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Yen Bai province to be appointed as Director.
At the same time, the Provincial Party Standing Committee's Decision on appointing Mr. Giang A Cau to cease his position as Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial Farmers' Association and transfer him to work at the Mu Cang Chai District Party Committee, holding the position of District Party Committee Secretary for the 2020-2025 term, was announced.
On the same morning (December 12), the Organizing Committee of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision to transfer Ms. Le Thi Thanh Binh - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Binh District to work at the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Committee.
Mr. Tran Viet Quy, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee, came to work at Yen Binh District Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Yen Binh District Party Committee, term 2020-2025 and introduced his candidacy to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of Yen Binh District People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
