On May 5, 2026, Gamuda Land Vietnam signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MSB, BIDV, Vietcombank and Public Bank.
The signing activity aims to implement flexible financial solutions for homebuyers at the Ambience project. This is considered an important step for businesses in increasing access to housing, especially in the context that the real estate market is facing many challenges in terms of capital flow and liquidity.

According to the cooperation content, customers buying houses at Ambience can access loan packages up to 80% of the real estate value. At the same time, buyers only need to pay in advance from 10% of the contract value to be supported with disbursement.
In addition, Gamuda Land also implements an interest rate support policy of up to 8%/year in the first 24 months, helping to significantly reduce financial pressure in the early stages of ownership.

Experts assess that in the context of high real estate prices, reducing "access barriers" through flexible financial policies plays a key role in stimulating real home buying demand.
In particular, young customers or first-time homebuyers often have difficulty accumulating initial capital, so support packages such as disbursement from 10% of the contract value are considered differentiating factors in the market.
Representatives of Gamuda Land Vietnam said that cooperating simultaneously with many banks helps customers have more choices suitable for their needs and personal financial records. Instead of relying on a single source of capital, buyers can flexibly compare and choose optimal loan solutions, thereby improving access and decision-making capabilities.
“We not only develop simple real estate projects, but also aim to provide comprehensive solutions, including financial ones, to help customers easily realize their home ownership plans. Cooperation with banks is part of a long-term strategy to increase real value for buyers,” a business representative shared.
