According to the minutes of agreement between shareholders, from October 23, 2025, DB Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and Ecopark Group have agreed to divest all shares/contributions in companies, including: Ecopark Hai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company; Wisdom-Eco Education Joint Stock Company; TDH Ecoland Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company; and are no longer related to Hong Phong Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "group of companies that have divested capital").
The parties have also terminated all debt relations and other related financial obligations, ensuring independence and transparency in investment activities. This agreement has been agreed upon, approved and completed by the group of shareholders in accordance with legal regulations.
This marks a strategic expansion of the Ecopark ecosystem, with two independent development directions – Ecopark DB and Ecopark BB – both inheriting the Ecopark spirit but deploying according to separate orientations and segments.
Accordingly, the products and services of the Group of Companies that have divested capital do not have the right to use, nor are they related to the Ecopark brand.
On November 5, 2025, DB Investment and Development Co., Ltd. sent official letter No. 45/CV-DB to the group of companies that have divested capital regarding the request to correct, remove, and amend information in the mass media, and at the same time not to use the Ecopark brand in the future, to avoid misunderstandings arising and consequences if any.
Currently, DB Investment and Development Co., Ltd. is only directly investing and developing projects: Ecopark (Hung Yen), Eco Central Park (Nghe An), Eco Retreat (Tay Ninh).
