Attending the conference were representatives of the Company's Board of Directors, the Trade Union Executive Committee and 180 officials, employees, and laborers representing units throughout the Company.
The conference assessed the results of production and business tasks, the implementation of regimes and policies for employees in 2025, Quarter I.2026 and set out directions and tasks for 2026. At the same time, this is also a forum for employees to promote direct democratic rights, participate in contributing opinions to build a more sustainable Company.
At the Conference, delegates listened to reports on production and business results in 2025 and Q1.2026, the implementation of Collective Labor Agreements, labor regulations, occupational safety and health, care for the material and spiritual lives of employees as well as emulation movements in the Company. In the past year, the collective of officials and employees of the Company has made efforts to unite, ensure safe and stable operation of units, contributing to power supply for the national power system.

The conference also recorded enthusiastic opinions and recommendations from units revolving around contents such as improving working conditions, improving production efficiency, strengthening the application of digital transformation, human resource training and building a professional and civilized working environment. The opinions of employees were all answered and received by the Company's leaders with a spirit of receptiveness and high responsibility.
Speaking at the Conference, the Company's leaders praised the spirit of responsibility, companionship and positive contributions of employees in the past time; and called on all employees to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, and strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks in 2026, especially in the context of increasingly high requirements to ensure safe and continuous electricity production.
