At the end of November, along with preparing for the Drug Administration program in Quang Tri province, DHG Pharma promptly donated medicine to the health departments of Central provinces such as Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, ... with a total cost of nearly 1.5 billion VND, this is considered a practical encouragement, helping to take care of people's health after storms and floods, bringing peace of mind in difficult days.
Each land is a story, a unique need for health care, and demonstrates DHG Pharma's flexible adaptability in implementation. From the dental clinic in the back of the mountain to the X-rays on the border, the program has opened up opportunities for diagnosis and more thoughtful medical care for people in remote areas.
In this year's journeys, the trip to Tan Lap commune (Quang Tri) on December 6 has the most special meaning. This is an activity that DHG Pharma accompanied a team of doctors to take care of people's health immediately after the storm. The program gathered more than 40 doctors from Hanoi, the military medical force of the 337th Economic and Defense Group, and accompanying units such as AloBacsi, Daisy Media and local authorities, distributing medicine to more than 1,200 people, far exceeding the expected 1,000 people.
DHG Pharma has prepared 1,300 doses of medicine with more than 50 essential types, mainly vitamins - minerals, resistance drugs, digestive, respiratory, dermatological and stomach, suitable for the health care needs of people in mountainous areas after natural disasters.
The examination in Tan Lap also became a unique milestone when for the first time a comprehensive paraclinical package was deployed right in the commune. The program has performed 400 X-rays, 350 ultrasounds and 300 electrocardiograms.
Through examination, the medical team noted the typical health picture of high mountains: many cases of high blood pressure in young people have not been screened or treated before. Due to heavy labor, remote routes and lack of conditions for regular examination, the disease progressed silently and was only detected promptly thanks to mobile examinations like this one.
