With the participation of more than 900 experienced engineers and workers, along with more than 10,000 hours of labor, the project has exceeded the progress by 60 days and is aiming for the handover goal in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The general contractor representative also said that the Essensia Sky construction process always complies with a strict quality management process according to international standards and labor safety. The project has undergone more than 1,000 inspections of materials and components, more than 10,000 hours of supervision, 4 independent acceptance rounds, with 99.99% of items completed correctly or exceeding standards, demonstrating Phu Long's ability to organize construction systematically and commitment to progress, quality and long-term sustainability.
Started on September 10, 2024, after just over 14 months with 424 consecutive construction days, Essensia Sky has clearly existed on the Nguyen Huu Tho arterial road and has complete legal documents, qualified to sign a sales contract, creating a solid support for customers. After the roofing ceremony, the project will enter the stage of completing the electromechanical, interior and landscape, while developing green - health utilities, bringing a classy living experience to the community.
Essensia Sky - including a 26-storey twin tower with an overpass, 424 apartments and penthouse, designed by Tange Associates (Japan).
