Customers in the storm-affected areas with repayment deadlines from October 1-15, 2025, but have not yet paid their debts, will also be paid late by the company for free. The application period for this support policy will last until October 31, 2025.

In addition, F88 decided to cancel all debts for customers who unfortunately passed away, or have relatives who are spouses or husbands who unfortunately passed away due to storm Bualoi.
