Fast track is an automatic compensation processing feature exclusively for car physical damage insurance products, integrated directly on the OPES application. The international judging panel assessed that thanks to Fast track, for the first time in Vietnam, customers received insurance compensation within 30 minutes.
Specifically, customers can make compensation requests in 3 simple steps: create requests, take 360-degree photos of the car and load documents, receive compensation results. This process helps users not need to prepare a hard copy of the file, wait for an appraiser, or make many phone calls to ask about the file status. The entire process is updated in real time, helping customers know clearly how far their requests are being processed.

For many years, compensation has remained a laborious and strenuous step not only for customers but also for the entire team of appraisers. Fast track was developed by OPES to shorten that journey, with a quick digital journey, close to the daily application usage habits of modern users.
Behind that seamless experience is the core technology platform invested and developed by OPES over a long period of time. Fast track is built according to the "AI-first" model, putting artificial intelligence into the core role throughout the dossier processing journey. As soon as customers send damage images, the system can identify damage, estimate repair costs, compare historical data to check validity and detect abnormal signs or fraud risks. Process automation technology continues to support smoother dossier operation, reducing manual processing steps in standard cases.
The application of AI helps significantly improve processing speed. According to the implementation results, the compensation time can be shortened by 50% compared to traditional methods. With the common file group, high frequency and low complexity - accounting for about 60% of the total volume - the system can support almost immediate resolution. When similar cases are evaluated according to the same data logic, customers have more basis to believe in the transparency and stability of the results.
