Efforts to build corporate culture and brand reputation are recognized
SeABank for the third consecutive time is in the Top 50 Best Enterprises in Vietnam, and for 16 consecutive years has held a position in the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500) announced by Vietnam Report in coordination with Vietnamnet Newspaper on January 8, 2026. This achievement continues to affirm the management capacity, sustainable development strategy and brand reputation of the bank.

The ranking is built on an independent and scientific assessment of revenue, operating efficiency, financial capacity and sustainable development prospects. Maintaining the ranking for many consecutive years shows SeABank's flexible adaptability and long-term development orientation in a volatile economic context.
At the same time, at the program to select Cultural and Reputable Enterprises in 2025 directed by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), SeABank was honored as a typical enterprise, meeting simultaneously the criteria of operational efficiency, compliance with the law, business ethics and social responsibility.
The award recognizes businesses that not only achieve positive business results but also focus on building a healthy corporate culture, putting people at the center and creating sustainable value for society. This title reflects SeABank's persistent efforts in harmoniously combining business growth and building brand reputation based on humanistic values.
Putting people and communities first
With the vision of "Putting people and communities first", SeABank identifies social responsibility as a component of its sustainable development strategy. In 2025, the bank spent more than 33 billion VND on social security activities, implemented diversely and focused.
Resources are allocated to the fields of education, health, supporting vulnerable people, environmental protection and sustainable development through four internal charity funds including: SeADreams Scholarship Fund, SeALove Security Fund, SeAGreens Sustainable Development Fund and SeASmile Charity Fund. The activities are not only for immediate support but also aimed at creating livelihoods, improving the quality of life and spreading long-term humanistic values.
To date, SeABank has contributed nearly 250 billion VND to the community, planted more than 1 million trees, built new and repaired over 1,800 shelters, supported nearly 220 children in difficult circumstances and presented tens of thousands of social security gifts nationwide.

In 2025, SeABank continues to identify people as the center of its sustainable development strategy, considering investment in human resources and organizational culture as the foundation for long-term growth. The bank focuses on building a humane, respectful and equal working environment, with transparent personnel policies, competitive remuneration and a standardized career development roadmap according to Mercer – Talentnet's advice.
At the same time, SeABank promotes training, capacity building and leadership team development. 100% of capacity groups, title groups and new personnel are participating in training, showing commitment to developing human resources uniformly and sustainably.

Corporate culture at SeABank is built in a direction of cohesion, positivity and promoting human values, towards the goal of becoming a leading bank in organizational culture. The bank focuses on caring for spiritual life, improving the satisfaction of employees through internal cohesion programs such as SeATalk, Teambuilding, Year End Party, SeALeague...
