With the announcement and awarding of awards to 25 companies honored as Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025, and at the same time awarding certificates to companies that meet Great Place To Work® CertifiedTM standards, this year's event honors organizations that are ready to take people as the center of change.
These are also pioneering organizations that bring trust and connectivity as a foundation for excellent workplaces, thereby helping businesses adapt and develop even during fluctuating market periods.

The ranking is based on the results of data analysis from the identity security survey of more than 113,000 employees, representing the experience of nearly 117,000 employees, at Vietnamese enterprises.
With the theme Change Happens Here, the 2025 rankings are a strong affirmation of the role of a workplace culture that focuses on people - a key factor helping businesses overcome challenges and adapt to all fluctuations.
Mr. Roland Wee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Great Place To Work® ASEAN and ANZ, said that Vietnam has, is and will face significant instability due to both internal and external factors in the next 15 years.
Internally, the labor force is expected to peak in 2040 (according to the United Nations estimate) along with an increase in the elderly population by 2060. Externally, geopolitical instability could threaten Vietnam's position as a major US trade partner.
In addition, the development speed of science and technology, led by the application of AI, can fundamentally change the structure of the Vietnamese workforce.
However, as leaders pioneer in building trust with workers, companies can work together to overcome these challenges, Roland shared.
