Popular transactions are optimized to shorten operation time. The money transfer process is simplified, while the savings deposit service suggests appropriate terms and interest rates, helping customers complete transactions quickly.
In addition, invoices are displayed on the home screen and automatically saved after the first payment, supporting customers to manage and pay conveniently in subsequent payments.
For Priority customers, the application directly displays information about customer relationship management (PRM) specialists, privileges and upgrade criteria, contributing to personalizing the experience.

AI supports searching and performing transactions, directing conversational banking
LPBank Plus is developed in the direction of AI-first, making artificial intelligence the operating platform of the digital banking experience.
The application integrates Smart Nav smart navigation feature running on a large-language model (LLM), allowing quick search for information such as beneficiaries, savings interest rates, exchange rates, service features or nearest branches and ATMs. With just one search operation, AI can navigate to the right service needed, helping to shorten operation time.
The technology highlight of LPBank Plus is LP Pay - an AI money transfer assistant, allowing transactions to be made through conversations. Users can enter or say a money transfer request with the amount and recipient's name; the system will automatically understand the content and support transaction completion in just a few seconds.
Developed on the Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms, LP Pay has the ability to interact intelligently and directly support transactions. During conversations, AI assistants can maintain the interaction circuit and request additional information when necessary.
