At the conference, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Manh Quan announced the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the appointment of Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi City People's Committee.
According to Decision No. 1388/QD-UBND dated March 27, 2026 of the Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee, appointing comrade Nguyen Trong Minh (born in 1981), Head of the Economic Department, Office of the City People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of Hanoi City People's Committee; the term of appointment is 5 years.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan emphasized that in the process of working, comrade Nguyen Trong Minh has shown his capacity and experience, especially in the economic field; meeting the increasingly high task requirements of the city in the new development stage.
Standing Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee believes that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Trong Minh will continue to promote his capacity, and together with the leadership of the Office of the City People's Committee, unite and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Deputy Chief of Office of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Minh said that in more than 15 years of working at the Office of the City People's Committee, he has always received the attention and help of leaders and colleagues through various periods, creating a foundation for maturity.
In his assigned position, Comrade Nguyen Trong Minh committed to constantly striving to learn, promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and together with the Office of the City People's Committee to improve the quality of advice and synthesis, effectively serving the direction and administration of the City People's Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee; contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals and tasks of the Capital in the new era.
