On the morning of February 25, 2025, Masterise Homes held the opening ceremony of SEA, Grand Marina, Saigon, located at No. 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The event marks the official opening of the first JW Marriott Brand Apartment Complex in Vietnam.
