Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company (Meey Group) has just successfully passed the first Certification Surveillance Assessment in October 2024, to continue to maintain the validity of two important international certificates, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013, issued by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
These are 2 leading international standards in the field of Quality and Information Security with many strict criteria.
With the mission of pioneering digital transformation of real estate, aiming to reach international standards, affirming Vietnamese brands and Vietnamese intelligence, Meey Group is honored to become the first proptech enterprise in Vietnam to be certified by BSI for both of these standards on January 5, 2024.
This certification means that Meey Group has met strict criteria such as: Continuously improving and enhancing management system; risk prevention, strict control of product/service quality; planning responsibilities, structure, capacity of human resources, infrastructure... and information security and safety system meeting international standards.
The BSI Certification Surveillance Assessment Team also commented that: Meey Group has many strengths in its information security management system (ISMS); the Company's Board of Directors is committed to and maintains continuous improvement; the management document system is detailed and clear; key personnel are competent in their current positions; advanced technology infrastructure...
Speaking about the above event, Mr. Hoang Mai Chung, Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of Meey Group, said that overcoming BSI's strict standards to achieve 2 certifications was difficult, but maintaining the validity was even more difficult. This is not something every business can do.

We have built a quality management system based on ISO standards, where all employees are responsible for contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement. The Board of Directors also shows a strong commitment to complying with these standards" - said Mr. Hoang Mai Chung.
From August 2023 to August 2024, Meey Group has built and improved 16 processes, the total number of internal management documents has increased to 128, including 56 processes, 33 regulations and 39 other documents.
All Meey Group staff participate in annual training and assessment programs on quality and information security. Strengthening effective communication and coordination between departments, along with analyzing feedback from previous assessments, is also the “key” to achieving success.
“It can be said that the successful application and maintenance of the validity of the two ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificates issued by BSI is also one of the important milestones that helps Meey Group advance further into the international market, attract foreign investment funds, and find many new cooperation opportunities,” said Mr. Hoang Mai Chung.
