Notable include the policy of paying bank principal only 1%/year for the first 20 years, the bank supports loans up to 80% according to the contract value, a "0 VND" discount for 18 months, customers receive land and books immediately.
In addition, the total discount of up to 10% helps increase the attractiveness of the product. This is a rare project on the market that when opened for sale has a pink book for each plot of land with an area of 90, 110 and 160 m2, the expected selling price is only from 26 million VND/m2. The selling price announced by the investor is equivalent to the bank's valuation level, creating transparency and strengthening the trust of customers as well as investors.
