On June 7, 2026, the METHANE MICKIE HARPER ship transporting about 73,000 tons of LNG from Canada docked at Thi Vai LNG port. This is one of the large-scale LNG shipments received by PV GAS in 2026, contributing to supplementing clean fuel sources to serve gas power plants.
According to the plan, the next LNG trip is expected to dock on June 17-18, 2026 with a volume of about 15,000 tons of LNG from Australia. PV GAS is also promoting procedures to select suppliers for the LNG trip expected to be delivered in early July 2026, serving the needs of PV Power, thereby continuing to consolidate fuel sources for the domestic gas power system.

At the same time, the CLIPPER WILMA ship also docked, bringing about 45,000 tons of LPG imported from the United States to Vietnam. This cargo source contributes to strengthening reserve capacity, while ensuring stable LPG supply for the civil, commercial and industrial sectors during the period of high consumption demand.
The imported LPG volume arranged for June and July 2026 is about 140,000 tons (including cold LPG and prepressure LPG), along with domestic production to ensure meeting the entire demand of domestic customers as well as the LPG business system under the Petrovietnam Gas brand nationwide.
The simultaneous receipt of large-scale LNG and LPG shipments in the context of increasing energy demand shows PV GAS's ability to forecast the market, proactively source goods and flexible management capabilities in ensuring national energy security, meeting consumption demand in peak months.

To realize the strategy of proactive supply, PV GAS also promotes the effectiveness of the modern energy infrastructure system that has been invested in for many years, including Thi Vai LPG Storage and large-scale cold storage LPG warehouses. This is an important foundation to help businesses improve their capacity to receive, store and distribute clean energy products, meeting the increasing demands of the market in the context of strong energy transition.
With a total import volume of LNG in the first 6 months of 2026 reaching about 354,000 tons and more than 140,000 tons of LPG being arranged for the coming months, combined with domestic gas and LPG production sources, PV GAS ensures sufficient supply to serve electricity production, industry and people's needs.
These efforts not only affirm PV GAS's management capacity and leading energy focal point position, but also demonstrate its commitment to accompany the Government and Petrovietnam in ensuring national energy security, contributing to market stability and promoting sustainable economic growth.
