Additional capital will help the Bank improve competitiveness, improve operational safety indicators and expand growth potential in the coming time.
On June 12, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 1269/QD-NHNN on amending the content of charter capital in the Establishment and Operation License of SeABank.
Accordingly, SeABank's charter capital increased from 28,450 billion VND to 34,288 billion VND, corresponding to an increase of 5,838 billion VND. The capital increase is implemented through issuing 583.8 million shares to existing shareholders at a rate of 20.5202%. The issuance capital is taken from undistributed after-tax profit accumulated as of December 31, 2025 according to the audited separate financial statements for 2025.

The capital increase is part of the roadmap approved by the SeABank Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in 2026. In the next phase, SeABank plans to continue to increase capital by issuing a maximum of 40 million ESOP shares at a price not lower than 10,000 VND/share for management staff who meet the criteria of work efficiency, professional capacity and level of attachment to the Bank.
In the context of increasing requirements for capital safety and digital transformation, increased capital is expected to help SeABank improve operating safety indicators, expand business scale and increase investment in technology infrastructure, creating a foundation for growth targets in the coming period.

With a financial foundation strengthened after the capital increase, SeABank will continue to focus on developing retail banking operations, promoting digital transformation and improving the quality of products and services to better meet customer needs, while increasing sustainable value for shareholders, investors, customers and stakeholders.
