SLINK is a product of creative and innovative ideas from SHB staff through time of contact and listening to customer opinions. At the Banking Digital Transformation event in 2024, the clip simulating the tuition payment process of students at Thai Binh University - one of the customers using SHB's SLINK account collection service, was only 30 seconds long.

It is the time for a student to complete the procedure and Thai Binh University to record the tuition payment. Students only need to access the school's portal to pay anywhere, anytime, no longer having to go to the registration office and receive a bill for payment or transfer money with long notes with the student code.

Similar to the school model, the SLINK Account Collection Service is being implemented in cooperation with hospitals, administrative units and businesses with supply chains and revenue management at each point of sale.

And SLINK was born. The product not only meets the needs of reducing work, management, and cash flow management of customers, but also helps banks increase competitiveness in the market because it is suitable for many industries and fields from large enterprises to business households, especially administrative units.

SLINK account collection service is a technology solution that supports businesses in managing revenue and cash flow through an identified account. Transactions transferred to the business's payment account through the SLINK identified account are classified and systematized, processed quickly and automatically, bringing convenience and efficiency.

Corporate customers can proactively identify business locations according to each account; receive revenue from locations to the business's payment account in real time; conveniently manage cash flow/revenue of each business location via Internet Banking; support each business location to easily query and manage actual revenue...

To date, SHB's SLINK is being used by hundreds of large enterprises along with dozens of schools, education systems, large hospitals and chain stores nationwide.

At the biggest event on digital transformation in the banking industry, SHB Vice Chairman and Deputy General Director Do Quang Vinh directly presented to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Governor of the State Bank Nguyen Thi Hong and Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dung on the applicability and convenience of the SLINK Identity Account Collection Service solution. SHB's digital solution received attention from leaders of the Government and the State Bank.

Previously, SLINK Account Collection Service was one of two solutions honored at the Digital CX Awards 2024: "Most Outstanding Digital Platform Experience - Cash Flow Management Platform Category".

SHB also won the Best Technology Implementation for Digital CX category with the solution "ACAS Automated Credit Approval System", thereby becoming the only Vietnamese bank to receive two awards at the Digital CX Awards 2024.
