According to the list just announced by Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) was honored as "Top 10 Prestigious Private Commercial Joint Stock Banks" for the second consecutive year, recognizing the Bank's efforts in improving service quality and affirming its reputation in the market.
The ranking of "Top 10 Prestigious Vietnamese Commercial Joint Stock Banks" has been published annually since 2016, the result of independent and objective research by Vietnam Report.
For the banking industry, the ranking focuses on 3 main criteria: financial capacity, media reputation and market assessment. The scoring system is scientifically developed by Vietnam Report for each criterion based on financial reports, Media coding methods - encoding articles on influential newspapers in Vietnam, independent surveys for research subjects and stakeholders.
2025 is the second consecutive year that SeABank has been honored in the "Top 10 Prestigious Vietnam Commercial Joint Stock Banks". This recognizes the effectiveness of operations, media presence and positive reviews from stakeholders, thereby affirming SeABank's reputation and position in the banking system.
Taking customers as the focus, in recent times, SeABank has continuously diversified its products and services, improved service quality and enhanced customer experience. The bank focuses strongly on the "Digital convergence" strategy through the application of modern technology to comprehensively digitize operations and business operations, helping to enhance the customer experience in a convenient, fast, safe and secure direction.

By the end of 2024, the number of customers at SeABank reached nearly 4 million customers, of which the number of female-owned corporate customers increased by 40% and the number of newly opened ebanks increased by nearly 500,000 users compared to 2023. Thanks to effective management and customer experience improvement measures, the customer satisfaction measurement index with products and services (CSAT) reached 88%, the customer readiness measurement index to continue using and recommending products to others (NPES) reached 55%.

Recently, SeABank was awarded Thebizz for Outstanding Enterprise by Worldcob for the 5th consecutive year, and was also honored by The European Magazine in 3 award categories for sustainable governance, risk management, and e-banking.
