Selected from thousands of applications, 500 first-year students have diverse backgrounds from technology, engineering to business. Among them, 63% are final year students from leading universities, 31% have graduated from universities and nearly 5% have master's and doctoral degrees. According to the entrance survey, more than 90% of students participate in the program with the goal of working in real projects and finding job opportunities after training.

The program is designed for 12 full-time weeks according to the 3+3+6 model, including: 3 weeks of foundation learning, 3 weeks of real-world combat simulation and 6 weeks of working directly at the enterprise. After the foundation phase, students are divided into 3 specialized training directions: AI products; AI infrastructure and AI applications.

In the early stages, students participate in high-intensity training with a study schedule lasting from morning to night. Specifically, theoretical study sessions in the morning, "Vibe Coding" and Lab practice in the afternoon; evenings and weekends are for "Build/Hackathon".

The next stage focuses on simulating a real-world environment, where students directly build, test and complete products.

In the final stage, students work full-time in actual projects at the enterprise, under the direct guidance of engineers and technology experts in the Vingroup ecosystem.

Throughout the program, students are trained to develop and deploy AI solutions in businesses, including the AI Agent model. The content focuses on three core competency groups: product thinking associated with business problems; building technical infrastructure; and developing AI applications. Students also practice the "Vibe Coding" method, using modern tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot to accelerate product development.

Prof. Dr. Duong Nguyen Vu - Vice Rector, Scientific Director of the Artificial Intelligence Research Center of VinUni University, said: "We do not train learners who only know how to use AI or only know how to program. The program is designed for students to simultaneously train three competencies: knowing how to think about products - understanding business problems; responsible AI use and most importantly, having strong enough AI skills to do work immediately after graduation. This approach helps sharply shorten the distance from the lecture hall to the lab, from the lab to the business.

Dr. Dao Duc Minh - Deputy General Director of VinSmart Future Company, Vingroup Group shared: "The great value of the program lies in the fact that students not only learn knowledge but are placed in a high-intensity, high-pressure and realistic business working environment. When trained in such a working pace, you will adapt more, get to work faster and create more substantial results.

With a long-term investment orientation for talent development, Vingroup sponsors 100% of tuition fees and supports 8 million VND/month for each student during the training period. After completing the program, students have the opportunity to join companies in the Vingroup ecosystem with attractive income expected from 20 - 50 million VND/month, depending on actual capacity. Excellent students will continue to be selected for advanced programs to develop into experts and leaders of AI projects.

In the coming time, VinUni will continue to implement the next courses, expanding opportunities to access the program. With a streamlined, high-intensity approach and closely linked to the business environment, the program aims to train a new generation of AI human resources: with solid skills, quick adaptability and willingness to participate in solving major problems of the AI economy.
