Vin Nexus Center was developed as an important component of Vingroup's education ecosystem, with the goal of helping children with special educational needs to be detected early, intervene and educate appropriately according to a personalized roadmap, thereby narrowing the gap in access to education and creating opportunities for equitable development for all children.
Vin Nexus Center students are children aged 2-18 (including international students) who have barriers to learning, emotional behavior, language such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), specific learning disorders and other developmental challenges.
The school is developed on the basis of science and international standards, aiming to build a comprehensive, safe and sustainable development environment for children with special educational needs. The training program is built according to world standards, implemented in the direction of continuous support instead of disjointed interventions. Each student has a personalized roadmap based on their psychological - educational profile, helping to gradually form learning capacity, independent living skills and the ability to integrate society.

According to the continuous development roadmap from 2-18 years old, students at Vin Nexus Center will go through three stages: early intervention; developing academic - social - life skills; and career orientation. From the age of 16, students have access to vocational training programs suitable for their personal abilities and market needs in areas such as information technology, data processing, urban agriculture, cuisine and services. The goal is to effectively support the transition to vocational training or part-time workers after completing the program.
To ensure a solid professional foundation, Vingroup also announced a strategic cooperation with The New England Center for Children (NECC®) - the world's leading educational and intervention organization in supporting autistic children and children with special educational needs.
Accordingly, NECC® will accompany Vingroup in building a professional foundation for Vin associated Center through four key categories: overall assessment of the status to establish priorities and implementation plans; development of educational programs and intervention service models according to international standards; consulting on space design and specialized facilities; supporting the construction of a technology - data system to monitor the development progress of each student and train the operating team. This cooperation helps Vin Nexus Center to be placed on a scientific, standard and synchronous foundation right from the inception stage.
Vin Nexus Center operates under the model of a non-profit social enterprise, committed to reinvesting all resources to improve the quality of the program, develop the team and expand learning opportunities for students with special educational needs. In addition, Thien Tam Fund (Vingroup Corporation) is also committed to long-term support for students in difficult circumstances, contributing to ensuring fairness in access to education.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Minh - Project Director of Vin Nexus Center (Vingroup Corporation) - said that Vin Nexus Center aims to create a safe environment where children are properly understood, supported and given long-term development opportunities. The project not only provides educational services but also creates a comprehensive development journey for each child, demonstrating Vingroup's sustainable commitment to expanding the educational door for groups of children who are easily left behind.
It is expected that the first Vin Nexus Center will open at the end of 2026 in Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 urban area (Hung Yen). The school was built with a total investment of 500 billion VND, on a campus of more than 16 hectares, serving about 300 students with special educational needs.

After stable operation, Vin Nexus Center will expand through developing more affiliated facilities or transferring free programs, training processes and operating models to partners in the form of non-profit social cooperation. This strategy aims to spread special education standards nationwide and towards Southeast Asia.
Ms. Kristin Buchanan - representative of NECC GCC Consulting - affirmed that NECC is ready to accompany Vingroup to develop special education services in Vietnam, ensuring quality approaching top international standards.
In the context of the increasing proportion of children with special education needs in the world, while screening and support capacity in many countries, including Vietnam, is still limited, the establishment of Vin Nexus Center is expected to contribute to narrowing the gap between practical needs and existing support systems, opening up sustainable development opportunities for children with special education needs.
