The ranking of the 100 private enterprises contributing the largest budget in Vietnam - PRIVATE 100 published by cafeF shows that in 2024, Vingroup will contribute more than VND 56,200 billion to the budget, an increase of 82% compared to 2024. Vingroup's budget contribution rate accounts for 23% of the total budget contribution of the Top 100 ranked enterprises and accounts for nearly 40% of the total budget contribution of the Top 10 leading enterprises.
This is the second consecutive year that cafeF has announced the PRIVATE 100 list, compiled according to actual data submitted in the 12-month financial year.
Vingroup's continued leadership in the Top private enterprises contributing the largest budget in the country is a clear demonstration of the reputation, social responsibility as well as the effective and sustainable business model of the entire ecosystem.
Along with paying the largest tax, Vingroup is also the largest multi-industry private enterprise in Vietnam, among the top largest enterprises in the country. As of June 30, 2025, Vingroup had total assets of VND 964,439 billion; net revenue and consolidated profit after tax in the first half of 2025 reached VND 130,366 billion and VND 4,509 billion, respectively.
In particular, the two pillar business areas of Technology - Industry and Trade and Services both grew impressively. Standing out in the field of Technology - Industry is VinFast with 72,167 electric cars delivered globally in the first 6 months of 2025, 3.2 times higher than the same period last year. In the Vietnamese market, VinFast has firmly held the No. 1 position in the auto market with 67,569 vehicles delivered; at the same time, setting a new record in the motorbike market with 114,484 electric motorbikes in the hands of customers. The above outstanding results not only affirm the strong momentum, but also strengthen VinFast's pioneering position in green transformation.
In the field of Commerce and Services, Vinhomes continues to maintain its leading position in the real estate sector with 67,504 billion VND in recorded sales and 138,208 billion VND in unrecorded sales (as of June 30, 2025). Vinhomes is also the real estate enterprise that contributes the most to the state budget in 2024, according to the PRIVATE 100 ranking published by cafeF. Other enterprises of the thuong mai Dich vu pillar, Vincom Retail and Vinpearl... also reached VND 4,274 billion and VND 5,912 billion respectively, maintaining the leading position in the retail and tourism real estate market.
In particular, on August 11, 2025, the Group announced the addition of 2 new business pillars: Infrastructure (high-speed railway industry, bridges, ports, logistics...) and Green Energy (soluble energy, wind energy, energy storage battery system) - opening up breakthrough growth potential, promising to contribute positively to the State budget in the future; at the same time, making the private sector a new driving force for development of Vietnam.
