At the transaction waiting area, Ms. Pham Thi Kieu (Cau Giay ward, Hanoi) said that she had come to the store to sell the silver she held. According to her, the fluctuation in silver prices recently has made her monitor the market more often.
Ms. Kieu said that this time the decision to sell silver mainly came from personal needs. She is in need of money to handle some work, so she has no intention of continuing to hold this silver at the present time.
I have been monitoring silver prices in recent days and see prices fluctuating continuously. I bought 2 kg of silver from mid-July 2025, when the price was about 40 million VND/kg.
Currently, I have personal matters to resolve, so I decided to sell the silver I have. When I need money, I prioritize solving work first, not focusing on whether the price can increase or decrease further" - Ms. Kieu shared.
According to Ms. Kieu, selling silver at a time when prices fluctuate also makes people have to consider, especially when they cannot know the market developments in the following days. However, for her, the need to use money is the main reason for her decision.
Also coming to the store to sell silver, Mr. Do Trung Tuan (Tu Liem ward) said that today the number of people waiting for transactions is much higher than when he came before.
Today, I went to the store and saw that there were many more people. I waited for about 30 minutes and there are still about 10 people waiting in front" - Mr. Tuan said.
Mr. Tuan said that the price of silver has continuously fluctuated in recent days, causing him to monitor market developments. Besides, he needs to use the money for another purpose, so he decided to sell a part of the silver he has.

Meanwhile, Ms. Ngo Thi Bich Ngoc (Tay Mo ward, Hanoi) came to the store to receive the silver she had pre-ordered. She said that the store currently does not limit the quantity of silver sold and customers can receive goods immediately.
However, after receiving the silver, she hesitated between selling and continuing to keep it. "Silver prices have fluctuated recently, so I am also considering it. I bought it to keep for a long time, so I don't know whether to sell or continue to keep it" - Ms. Ngoc said.

At the same time, the price of 999 silver bars (1 tael) at Phu Quy Jewelry Group was listed at the threshold of 2.316 - 2.388 million VND/tael (buying - selling); down 13,000 VND/tael on the buying side and down 25,000 VND/tael on the selling side compared to yesterday morning.
The price of 999 silver ingots (1kg) at Phu Quy Jewelry Group is listed at 62.106 - 64.346 million VND/kg (buying - selling); down 293,000 VND/kg on the buying side and down 613,000 VND/kg on the selling side compared to yesterday morning.
